Job Title: Shipping Associate Location: Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ​ Pay Rate: $18-23/hr (based on experience)

We’re hiring Shipping Associates to join busy warehouse teams in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ! This role is ideal for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately processed, tracked, and shipped using modern inventory and scanning systems.

What You’ll Do​

· Process, package, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.

· Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and verify orders.

· Label, weigh, and document shipments according to company and carrier requirements.

· Maintain organized shipping areas and ensure proper stock rotation.

· Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For​

· 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, or inventory control experience preferred.

· Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and digital tracking systems.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.

· Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
