Sewing Production Associate - 1st AND 2nd Shift

Hours:

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm $16.07

2nd shift - 3pm-11:30am $17.07

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew curtain and shade materials.
• Measure and cut fabric according to work orders and specifications.
• Sew fabric panels and components with accurate stitching and alignment.
• Follow sewing patterns, measurements, and production instructions.
• Inspect finished curtains/shades for stitch quality, appearance, alignment, and defects.
• Identify and report sewing or fabric issues to the lead or supervisor.
• Assemble sewn fabric panels with other window-covering components.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
• Keep the sewing station clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform repetitive motions, standing, reaching, bending, and other production activities.
