Service Writer – Baton Rouge

Evaluation Hire | $15/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus every 3rd Saturday

Express Employment Professionals – Downtown Baton Rouge is seeking a Service Writer for a locally owned and operated car dealership in East Baton Rouge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and high integrity to join a reputable team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
• Manage counter operations and answer incoming calls
• Prepare service write-ups, vehicle tickets, and estimates
• Record parts prices accurately and process invoices
• Order auto parts as needed
• Perform data entry and utilize MS Office for documentation
• Handle scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in an auto body or auto parts shop preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry
