We are seeking an experienced Service Center Operations Manager to lead a busy industrial equipment service and repair facility. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong financial management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations, scheduling, workflow, and productivity.

• Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and support staff.

• Manage budgets, P&L statements, operating expenses, and profitability.

• Prepare and oversee customer quotes, repair estimates, and service pricing.

• Control waste, reduce unnecessary expenses, and maximize resource utilization.

• Monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, and profit margins.

• Ensure safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage inventory, parts purchasing, and vendor relationships.

• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in industrial service, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or equipment repair.

• Proven experience with P&L management, budgeting, cost controls, and quoting.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and repair operations.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Opportunity
