Saw Operator / Shop Worker

**Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch) ** Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Saw Operator / Shop Worker to join our team. This position involves operating shop equipment, including an automatic saw and drill press, while supporting various production and shop activities as needed. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work in different areas of the shop. Training is available for the right individual. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Operate an automatic saw and drill press. - Read and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. - Interpret and work from blueprints. - Assist in various areas of the shop as needed. - Follow established safety procedures and work instructions. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Arrive on time and complete assigned work duties. Qualifications - Previous automatic saw experience is a plus. - Ability to read a tape measure accurately. - Ability to use calipers and micrometers. - Ability to interpret blueprints. - Willingness to learn and grow within the company. - Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance from another individual. - Ability to stand and work in a shop environment throughout the shift.
