A well-known and established company is seeking an experienced and dependable Sandblaster Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady full-time work with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. ON-SITE TRAINING FOR QUALIFED CANIDATES

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare and clean metal surfaces.

• Remove paint, rust, dirt, and other coatings from materials.

• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.

• Set up and safely operate blasting equipment and related tools.

• Follow production schedules and work instructions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.

• Perform other general industrial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or industrial experience preferred.

• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be comfortable working around dust, noise, and industrial equipment.

Schedule

**Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM **
