The Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale. The ideal candidate is professional, driven, and committed to creating positive customer experiences while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service
• Generate referrals and cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and documentation
• Consistently work toward achieving sales goals and performance expectations
• Collaborate with team members to support business growth and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused work environment
• Demonstrate initiative and assist with additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
