Job Summary:

The RF Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining radio frequency (RF) sealing machines to manufacture high-quality plastic products according to company standards. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:30AM Sunday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate RF sealing machines to produce products per specifications and production schedules.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance as required.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Complete and maintain accurate production and quality records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating RF sealing machines or similar equipment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
