Original job description
Recruiter needed in McKees Rocks to cover maternity leave.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable with indeed.com tracking, managing online job listings, outbound calls to applicants, performing 15 minute phone screenings/ interviews and schedule 30 minute face to face interviews, applicant background checks, drug screens and 1st day orientations.
Also, this position is mostly independent, so the candidate will need time management skills and able to work well without constant supervision.
Monday - Friday 8 or 9am - 4pm
Pay is based on experience, but anywhere from $20-$25/ hour
