Customer Service Representative - $15.50
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a Financial company in Maryville, TN.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Documenting calls and customer information into a company specific database
- Cash handling/ Filing
- Outbound calls for customers regarding loans
- Assist with collections
- Other duties as needed
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Good tenure, 2+ years in previous employment
- Able to type 30-40 WPM
- Using MS Office software
Customer Service Representative Shift:
• MON-FRI |1st Shift
• Full-time
