Injection Molding Process Technician

$28-$32/hr

Mon. - Fri. 10:30pm - 7:15 am (45 mins. overtime per day)

What You'll Do

• Set up, start up, and perform changeovers on injection molding machines
• Adjust and optimize process parameters for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot machine, process, and tooling issues
• Monitor production runs and inspect parts for quality defects
• Record process settings and production data
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance
• Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Train and support machine operators
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times

Qualifications

• Experience with plastic injection molding processes and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions
• Experience performing mold changes, machine setups, and process adjustments preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
