Quality Manager
$60,000-$75,000 + Bonus Potential | Greater Binghamton Area
Are you a quality professional with experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical, or highly regulated environments? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead their Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions
- Manage quality documentation, procedures, and compliance initiatives
- Partner with customers, suppliers, and auditors on quality matters
- Analyze quality metrics and identify process improvements
- Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards
- Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and leadership skills
- Aerospace, defense, medical, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
