Specialized Recruiting Group Irvine is recruiting for a Quality Engineer for an aerospace and defense manufacturer. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area. Compensation for entry level candidates starts at $70,000. Experienced candidates can start at up to $100,000/year.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quality data and identify trends
- Support internal and customer audits
- Investigate quality issues and root causes
- Maintain quality system documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Partner with operations to improve quality performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Both entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of quality principles and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems is a plus
