Quality Control Specialist

Position: Quality Control Specialist Experience: Previous Quality Control Experience REQUIRED

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team!

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inspecting manufactured products, identifying defects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products meet customer specifications. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and understands the importance of producing high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify, document, and report defects or quality issues.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality concerns.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control or quality inspection experience REQUIRED.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain inspection records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
