Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious, and organized individual to assist with quality control inspections and process documentation for an established electrical supply company.

This position combines hands-on inspections with administrative and technical documentation responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding how things work, asking questions, solving problems, and communicating information clearly. Previous quality control experience is a plus, but strong critical thinking and communication skills are more important.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform visual and physical inspections to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards.

• Learn and interpret technical documents, inspection criteria, and quality procedures.

• Work with employees and department leaders to understand existing workflows and processes.

• Develop and organize written procedures, work instructions, and quality control documentation.

• Assist with documentation and preparation for ISO certification.

• Identify inconsistencies, ask questions, and help improve the accuracy of existing processes.

• Maintain organized and accurate inspection records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical information and explain processes clearly in writing.

• Comfortable asking questions and working with employees across different departments.

• Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

• Willingness to learn inspection procedures and quality standards.

• Previous experience in quality control, technical documentation, manufacturing, or process improvement is preferred but not required.

We are looking for someone who thinks critically, takes initiative, and genuinely wants to understand how things work. The right mindset and willingness to learn are more important than a specific job title or background.
