Production Operator

· Assemble and bend tube pieces for various products using a bender machine.

· Operate a band saw to cut tubes to the required specifications.

· Handle and lift awkward tube pieces, ranging from 8-9 feet in length.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

· Assist with inventory management, loading, and unloading materials.

· Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts or products according to specifications.

· Set up machines by loading materials and adjusting settings for optimal performance.

· Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and any defects.

· Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating.

· Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to maintain productivity.

· Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or malfunctions.
