Production Associate

Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Labor / Production Associates for a local manufacturing company in Frederick, MD.

We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals with hands-on experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, assembly, or production. Ideal candidates are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with production, fabrication, and assembly of materials and finished products.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials according to instructions.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the work area.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Work with team members to complete projects and meet production deadlines.
• Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, assembly, or production preferred.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with possible extended hours depending on workload
• Location: Frederick, Maryland
