About the Company

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations by preparing, moving, and organizing parts while following work instructions and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and mask components on production lines.
• Pull parts and kits for assembly lines and deliver materials to designated departments.
• Clean metal surfaces to remove grease, dust, and other contaminants to ensure masking adheres properly.
• Arrange parts in racks and place racks on assembly line conveyors.
• Follow work instructions, use designated PPE, maintain tools and a clean work area, and support production processes as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to follow work instructions and use proper lifting techniques.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
