Production Associate

Join a growing manufacturing team with opportunities in production, packaging, warehouse, material handling, and machine support. Associates may work in different departments based on experience and business needs while supporting daily production and shipping operations.

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-2:00pm + every other Friday (6-hour shift)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-5:00am
• Weekend Crew: Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:00pm

Pay

• Starting at $17.25-$19.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: +$1.25/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$1.75/hour
• Weekend Crew: +$1.75/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes
• Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
• Move materials and supply production lines
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Assist with printing, embroidery, and specialty production projects
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

These positions are expected to support increased production demands through late October to early November, with opportunities for long-term employment and potential hire-on based on business needs, performance, attendance, and available openings.
