About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Production Associate for a local manufacturing facility in Overland, MO. In this entry-level role, you will assist in producing and assembling small electronic and mechanical components using hand tools and visual diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Safety: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines while wearing provided PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow basic production diagrams and written work instructions.

• Manual dexterity for working with small parts and hand tools.

• Good attention to detail for visual quality checks.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to Overland, MO.

• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
