Why You'll Love This Opportunity: - Competitive starting pay of $16+/hour, negotiable based on experience - Full-time, Monday--Friday day-shift schedule - Immediate openings available! - Opportunity to learn and develop woodworking and cabinet-making skills - Hands-on work in a team-oriented environment - Potential production-based incentives ### Job Responsibilities: - Assist in building and assembling custom wood cabinets - Measure, cut, sand, mill, stain, and finish wood materials - Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely - Prepare materials and surfaces for painting and finishing - Assist with cabinet installation at residential and commercial locations as needed - Read measurements and follow project specifications to ensure quality - Inspect finished products and make adjustments when necessary - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Work independently and alongside team members to meet production goals ### Qualifications: - Previous cabinet-making, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required - Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape - Comfortable using basic hand and power tools - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn - Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Must be able to complete the E-Verify employment eligibility process - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check ###
