2nd Shift Process Table Operator

Location: Williamsport, IN

Pay: $18.00/hour ($17.00 base pay + $1.00 shift differential)

Schedule: 2nd Shift; training may be completed on 1st Shift.

Job Overview: Express is seeking a dependable Process Table Operator in the Williamsport, IN area to support production. This position operates process tables, pulls liner through fire hose products, monitors material flow, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate process tables safely and efficiently.
• Pull liner through fire hose products.
• Monitor product flow and quality.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Stable and reliable work history.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift, if needed.
