Process Operators

A local company in Covington GA is hiring for Process Operators. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and processing equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Load materials and inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Record production information and equipment readings accurately.
• Perform equipment checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Safely use ladders and hoists, climb stairs, and use elevators when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of skilled manufacturing experience is highly preferred; chemical, industrial, or production experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Strong commitment to safety and established procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be available for all rotating shifts and interested in long-term employment.
