Precision Machine Operator

Seeking machine operators to run multi-spindle lathes at a Milan, Michigan facility. The 2-2-3 schedule includes 12-hour shifts, every other weekend off, and alternating 36-hour and 48-hour workweeks. $17.00/hr. ::: section ### Responsibilities - Maintain finished-part quality through frequent SPC inspection. - Restock machines with bar stock. - Perform general machine maintenance, including checking oil levels and monitoring tool wear. - Meet daily production requirements (70% efficiency minimum). ::: ::: section ### Qualifications - Ability to lift 50 pounds. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Must complete a drug screen and background check. :::
