Popcorn Manufacturing Associate (9009)

Location: Waukesha, WI 53189

Shift: 1st shift | 7am - 3pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Job Duties

• Mix popcorn kernels, oils, seasonings, and other ingredients according to established recipes and production specifications.
• Operate and monitor industrial mixing, popping, and food processing equipment.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality.
• Transfer raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished popcorn products.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, mixing stations, and work areas.
• Record production data and maintain accurate batch records.
• Assist with packaging and labeling products as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Support team members with general production and warehouse duties.
