Polisher Needed in Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM, with overtime opportunities on Fridays

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Polisher for a client company in Fort Worth, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled metal finishing professional with experience in metal polishing, deburring, stainless steel fabrication, blueprint reading, and quality inspection. The selected candidate will prepare and finish stainless steel components to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Polisher Responsibilities

• Polish and de-burr stainless steel parts, weldments, and fabricated equipment
• Read and interpret dimensioned shop drawings and fabrication prints
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use grinders, polishing tools, and finishing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

Polisher Qualifications

• 3+ years of metal polishing, finishing, or fabrication experience
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical prints
• Experience working with stainless steel parts and weldments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
