TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY OPERATOR – PART TIME

Location: Woodburn, OR Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Hours: 20 hours per week Position Type: Temporary

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Operator to support a manufacturing and operations team. This part-time position focuses on accurate data entry, documentation, phone notes, and recordkeeping.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• -Complete standardized forms and enter data accurately.
• -Take clear notes during phone calls and document conversations.
• -Enter information from calls, emails, and other sources.
• -Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• -Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• -Follow up with internal departments for missing information.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• -Good communication and note-taking skills.
• -Basic computer, email, spreadsheet, and data-entry skills.
• -Organized and able to follow established procedures.
• -Comfortable working independently.
• -Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or manufacturing office experience preferred.
