Part-Time Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, payroll, and sales tax accounts
• Process bookkeeping transactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Assist with financial reports and general accounting tasks
• Support day-to-day administrative and financial operations
• Maintain organized and confidential financial records

Qualifications

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required
• Experience with bank, payroll, and sales tax reconciliations
• 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or an administrative setting
• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
• Bookkeeping, QuickBooks, or related certifications are a plus
• Nonprofit experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
