Palletizer and Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Associate

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 7AM-3:30PM

• $18/hour

Why We Need You:

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to help us deliver exceptional service by performing a variety of warehouse duties accurately and efficiently. You’ll be cross-trained to handle multiple tasks in a cold, damp, and fast-paced refrigerated environment where teamwork and precision are key.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify, label, and organize incoming and outgoing products.

• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered equipment safely (certification preferred).

• Maintain accurate inventory using handheld scanners.

• Re-stack, wrap, and secure pallets while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a refrigerated or cold storage warehouse preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for long hours.

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.

• Team player with a reliable work ethic and willingness to assist where needed.
