Location: Strongsville, OH Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join a growing team in Strongsville. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to company specifications.
• Ensure all packaging meets quality standards and regulations.
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Work with the manufacturing team to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
