Packaging- 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packagers to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment, preparing frozen food products for distribution. This role involves hands-on work on a production/packaging line, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Package frozen food products according to established specifications and production standards
• Operate within a cold environment (refrigerated warehouse) while maintaining safety and efficiency
• Inspect products for quality, proper labeling, and correct weight
• Assemble boxes, trays, and packaging materials
• Stack, sort, and palletize finished goods
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety guidelines
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of debris
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and quotas
• Perform other general warehouse or production tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold temperatures for the duration of the shift
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to follow safety and food handling procedures
• Prior warehouse, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required
