Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking associates to assist with an overnight grocery store modernization project. Team members will help install new electronic shelf labeling systems throughout the store while working alongside a project team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a great opportunity to earn extra income, and top performers may be offered opportunities to continue with additional projects in Orland Park, New Lenox, Plainfield, and Joliet for up to two additional weeks.

Job Duties

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are present.
• Remove existing paper price tags from store shelves.
• Install new shelf strips, electronic shelf labels, and associate tags in designated departments.
• Remove project-related trash and transport it to the store dumpster.
• Palletize excess materials for pickup and removal.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
• Follow project instructions and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, grasp, handle, and manipulate materials using hands and fingers.
• Ability to read, hear, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and attendance required.
