Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a local company in Alexandria. We are seeking a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and providing excellent customer service throughout an established local sales territory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Travel throughout a local sales route to meet with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities
• Meet sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales, route sales, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
