NonCDL Driver

Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver to transport goods to customers and distribution centers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.### Key Responsibilities * Safely operate a box truck (typically 1626 feet) to deliver and pick up goods * Load, unload, and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit * Plan delivery routes and adhere to delivery schedules * Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle * Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and receipts * Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers * Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies * Provide excellent customer service during deliveries * Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly### Qualifications * Valid drivers license (CDL may be required depending on vehicle size and regulations) * Clean driving record * Previous experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred * Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically up to 50100 lbs) * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks * Strong time management and organizational skills * Good communication and customer service skills### Working Conditions * Local and/or regional routes (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends) * Frequent loading/unloading and physical activity * Exposure to varying weather conditions * Independent work with occasional team coordination### Preferred Skills * Familiarity with GPS and route optimization tools * Experience with warehouse operations or logistics * Basic mechanical knowledge
