Night Shift Labor - Operator

Position Overview:

Candidates will support daily plant operations in various roles, including:

• Operator Assistants
• Balers
• General Laborers

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment, requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

• Initial Training Days: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Regular Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off)
• Includes every other weekend

Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with extrusion processes
• Handle, sort, and package finished plastic materials
• Operate baling equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
