Molder

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Molders / Machine Operators to operate molding equipment and assist in the production of quality parts and products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate molding machines according to work instructions

• Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation

• Remove, inspect, and trim molded parts

• Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain quality output

• Identify and report any product defects or machine malfunctions

• Complete production documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Assist with mold changes and routine maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior experience in molding, machine operation, or manufacturing a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts if required
