Location: Bossier City, LA Pay: $20.00+/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime & Weekends: Weekend work and overtime may be required based on production and maintenance needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Millwright to join our maintenance team in Bossier City, LA. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install, maintain, and replace machinery components and production equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery.
• Test equipment and verify proper operation after repairs.
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs with supervisors and production personnel.
• Assist with additional maintenance and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent mechanical experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance, millwright, or related mechanical experience.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and work instructions.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, vibration, and outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
