What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery
• Disassemble, install, and repair industrial equipment
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair machinery using welding, brazing, and other repair techniques
• Align machinery using specialized tools to ensure optimal performance
• Safely operate cranes, jacks, and hoisting devices to move heavy equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members using rigging equipment and dollies to support safe and efficient operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous Millwright or related mechanical experience required
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
• Consistent and verifiable work history
