Position Overview

A well-established manufacturing facility in Lodi is seeking a dependable Millroom Helper to support daily production operations. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn the craft of custom rubber molding and grow within a skilled production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in various stages of the molding process

• Learn and develop skills in custom rubber molding

• Maintain a clean and organized production area

• Use rulers, measuring tools, and machinery to support mold production

• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on production work

• Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions

• Ability to read a ruler and use basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow direction

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
