- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Keep records of completed work, including materials used and project timelines.
