### **Job Description:**

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as **Customer Sales and Warehouse Support**. This role involves working at the sales counter, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with hands-on tasks, and is willing to learn new skills, including driving a 24-foot stakebed truck and operating a forklift.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Sales Counter Support:**
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
• **Warehouse Support:**
• Assist with the receiving, storage, and organization of inventory
• Pick and pack orders for shipment or customer pick-up
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times
• **Driving & Equipment Handling:**
• Safely drive a 24-foot stakebed truck for local deliveries (valid driver’s license required)
• Willing to learn how to operate a forklift (training provided)
• Load and unload materials from trucks, using appropriate equipment as needed

### **Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warehouse environments is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a 24-foot stakebed truck (no CDL required)
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
• Ability to work in a team environment and support various tasks as needed
