Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver / Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and occasional transportation needs. This position primarily involves material handling, inventory management, and equipment operation, with part-time driving responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL, forklift experience, and a strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements

•

Valid and current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.

•

Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or shipping and receiving preferred.

•

Forklift operation experience required; forklift certification preferred.

•

Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials using warehouse equipment.

•

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, data entry, and material transactions.

•

Experience operating metal cutting equipment, including bandsaws, is a plus.

•

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities

•

Perform part-time CDL driving duties to transport materials and products as needed.

•

Organize daily shipping operations, stage outbound shipments, and prepare orders for delivery.

•

Package, weigh, measure, and label materials according to company and customer specifications.

•

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material-handling equipment.

•

Maintain accurate inventory records, material transactions, shipping documents, and product traceability.

•

Set up and operate metal cutting machinery, including bandsaws, as needed to support production.

•

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company safety procedures.
