Maintenance Technician Helper

An Oak Lawn condominium building is searching for a Grounds Maintenance Helper who will have core responsibilities with building upkeep.

This position is part time

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm

Saturday 1hr

Location: Near 97th and Pulaski

Pay: $18/hr

Duties:

• Assist with general tasks, such as clean up, light construction, and some mechanically inclined occurrences.
• Work with outside contractors and vendors for completion of large scale projects.
• This role will commonly work with skilled and professional tradesman for collaboratively met deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, and at times, up to 50 lbs safely
• Work history in construction, landscaping, or keeping grounds
• Experience using powered equipment and tools
• Communicate clearly and manage a project list
