Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Manufacturer in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance and conduct inspections of all equipment.

Job Highlights:

• Identify and create preventive maintenance tasks
• Problem solve unexpected issues on metal and optical CNC equipment, PVD coating chambers and general facilities
• Vacuum pump maintenance, including oil and filter changes and pump replacements
• Vacuum leak detection on PVD coating chambers utilizing both RGA and Helium Leak Detectors
• Rebuilding magnetrons, electron beam guns and ion beam sources regularly
• Light machining work, fixing broken screws and threaded holes
• Tramming of CNC machines both via software and mechanically
• HVAC filter and belt replacements
• Light building construction and painting
• Lock out and tag out equipment when working on said equipment

What we look for:

• Experience in precision manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 processes
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
