Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Now hiring an experienced Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity in Kendallville! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and keeping production running smoothly.

Location: Kendallville, IN Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends Employment Type: Evaluation Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment.

• Troubleshoot machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems.

• Inspect, adjust, and replace worn or damaged components.

• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.

• Communicate maintenance needs and document completed repairs.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on industrial maintenance or millwright experience.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Experience working with conveyors, motors, bearings, and drive systems.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
