Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with maintenance experience to perform general repairs and upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and a variety of hand and power tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders, reports, inspections, and inventory records.

• Clean, paint, and refurbish units as they become vacant.

• Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.

• Perform routine maintenance and general handyman duties.

• Help keep units and facilities clean, safe, and in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience required.

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
