Maintenance - Landscaping & Grounds

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently seeking Maintenance Workers performing Landscaping & Grounds duties for various locations in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties:

• Maintain grounds of properties, roadways and surrounding areas.
• Cutting grass, edging, mowing, using blower and weed-eaters.
• Cut low lying limbs; may dig and perform root pruning.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Safely use commercial-type lawn equipment; zero turn mowers and gas-powered edger/blowers.
• Use hand held tools, such as clippers, shovels, rakes, etc.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Full movement of bending, stooping, walking, reaching, pulling, stretching, grasping, lifting, and climbing
• Background check & drug test required, drug free workplace.
• HS diploma or GED.
