Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Assistant

Position Title: Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Assistant Location: Wichita Falls, TX Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 2 Days Per Month (as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Assistant to help keep our apartment community looking its best. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining clean, attractive properties. Duties include painting vacant apartments, assisting with grounds maintenance, and completing various general labor tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Paint and touch up apartment units before new residents move in
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds clean and organized
• Assist with minor maintenance and repair projects
• Move materials, tools, and supplies as needed
• Perform other property upkeep duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed
