Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in the Rochester area! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong machining skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.

• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify part dimensions.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using precision measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
