Machine Operators

Machine Operator – $18-$20 DOE

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a machine operator for a local coffee and tea manufacturer in Lenoir City, TN.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production machine
• Ensures equipment runs efficiently and meets product specifications
• Perform minor repairs and ensure machinery meets product specs (e.g., settings, seals, oxygen levels).
• Conduct quality checks and document results accurately.
• Complete changeovers, including sanitation and reassembly.
• Communicate equipment or personnel issues to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of production experience, ideally in the food/beverage industry.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and follow safety protocols and FDA regulations.
• Availability to work overtime as assigned.

Machine Operator Shifts:

• M-F | 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am
• Fri, Sat, & Sun | 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am
